NAS RAID Capability

This NAS supports the following RAID Configurations

RAID0 - For larger single volume storage capacity - However one hard drive failure means all data is lost.
RAID1 - For the most secure protection. Requires at least two. Takes half the storage for redundancy.
Note that RAID1 requires two drives, each matching sizes, and one hard drive will be reserved for redundancy. For example, if you load the NAS with two 10TB drives and RAID1, you will have 10TB available space but in the event of one hard drive failing you will retain data.
